Presentation Guidelines

Sponsors may choose one of the following presentation styles:

Technical/Educational: Focused on industry topics, trends, codes, or best practices
Product/Service Presentation: A direct overview or demonstration of a sponsor’s offering
Hybrid Format: A mix of technical insight and product relevance

While all formats are accepted, our attendees tend to prefer sessions with strong educational value. Sponsors are encouraged to tailor their content accordingly.
